MAN SURVIVES AFTER 3 DAYS UNDERWATER!

A video of 29 yea old Harrison Okene trapped for 3 days under 30 of water in the Atlantic Ocean. He is the only known man to survive out of the 12 that were in the boat which capsized on  26th of may 20 miles off the coast of Nigeria.
The video footage shows Mr Okene who was left in a 4ft high bubble of air pocket which reaching out to grab the hand of one of the team divers.

Out of the 11 others on the tugboat, 10 have been found dead and one body missing. Search operations have since been called off.






Mr Okene told the Reuters at the time of his rescue, "I was there in water in total darkness just thinking it's the end."
"I could perceive the dead bodies of my crew were nearby. I could smell them. The fish came in and began eating the bodies. I could hear the sound."
After three days of sitting in salt water, his skin started pealing off and he was grasping for water as he has been thirsty and hungry... but mostly thirsty since he couldn't drink the salt water that he was surrounded in.

He had to spend 60 hours in a decompression chamber to return his body pressure back to normal; if he just went straight up to surface, he could have a cardiac arrest of neurological problems.
