Kelly Rowland confirmed her engagement to her long term boyfriend & manager on the "Queen Latifah show". Kelly said Tim witherspoon had proposed to her long time ago while she was in Bulgaria via Skype, but both decided to make it official when she got back from Bulgaria. "i got back from Bulgaria and he put a ring on it"... she said.
